Driveways & Paths
A tired, stained driveway is the first thing anyone sees when they pull up. Tom grinds it back to sound concrete, cuts out the cracks and lays a flake or solid-colour epoxy that shrugs off oil, tyre marks and the Queensland sun — Caloundra, the wider Sunshine Coast and right down through Brisbane.
What you're actually getting
An epoxy driveway coating is a bonded system — primer, a broadcast layer of coloured flake or a high-build solid colour, then a UV-stable sealer over the top. It goes on into the concrete, not over it, which is why the prep matters more than the product.
Roll-on driveway paint sits on the surface and peels the first time a hot tyre grips it. Tom diamond-grinds the whole slab back to clean, open concrete first, then fills the cracks, pits and oil spots so the coating has something honest to key into.
The finish is seamless — no joins to catch grit, no grout lines, nothing for moss to get into. Hose it down and it comes up like new.
The difference
Faded stamped concrete, ground back and recoated in a warm cream flake. Drag the handle across to see what was under there.

Tom comes out, measures the driveway and gives you a fixed price. No call centre, no pressure.
Diamond grinding back to sound concrete, then cracks, pits and oil spots get cut out and filled.
Primer goes down, then the flake gets broadcast by hand until coverage is even edge to edge.
Scraped back, vacuumed and sealed with a UV-stable topcoat. Site left clean.
Why epoxy on a driveway
The topcoat is picked for Queensland sun. Cheap coatings go milky and chalk off within a season out here.
Nothing soaks in. Drips from the ute, a leaking gearbox, spilt fuel — it sits on the surface until you hose it.
Properly ground and primed, the coating stays put when a hot tyre parks on it. That's a prep problem, not a product one.
Flake gives natural texture. If the driveway is on a slope, Tom can add more grit into the sealer.
Every crack is cut out and filled before coating. Skip that and you'll see it telegraph through in six months.
Seamless surface, no joins and no grout. Leaf litter and red dirt come straight off.
